I really like the Case 18xx series, of which the 1845c is the only one that you might consider based on size.

My 1840 is not trouble-free by any means, but it's relatively simple to work on myself, and the parts are cheap. The problems almost always let themselves be known well in advance of actually failing, so I have enough time to order parts off of Amazon, Ebay, or Rockauto.

I would second the 60xt and other 'xt' Case skidsteers. They're easier to get the cab out of the way than the 18xx skidsteers are, and they're still about as simple as the 18xx series.
