oregon | I have a hard time sleeping and I take 6 mg of Melatonin probably 5x a week. Also 25 mg of diphenhydramine hcl around 3x a week. Plus, I'm use a cpap machine. I think that all 3 help to varying degrees. I've had some weird, yet pleasant dreams. I'd like to remember the details but they are fleeting and ephemeral.
Btw, I'm 65 and ~175 pounds.
