I haven't listened to this yet - will later when I'm driving. I have taken melatonin from time to time because I struggle with sleep after a time change. While I do normally take it for sleep, it is also an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. It is (or at least was)part of the flccc.net protocol to take to help with Covid recovery. If taking it for sleep, I definitely would recommend starting at a very low dose, even as low as one milligram. It can give some crazy dreams. I seem to have those anyway, regardless if I take something for sleep.
