NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | Thanks for the shorter version. Karen and I have been taking 10mg of Melatonin for awhile now. Both her GP Dr. and my GP Dr. have said Melatonin is completely safe. I should note we both take the 10 mg as mentioned above. The 5mg pill didn’t work for Karen but the 10mg does work. Neither one of us has had any bad side effects from it in morning from it. It is not the perfect sleeping pill for Karen however it does not always help get her to sleep so occasionally she will take a 1/2 pill of perscribed sleeping pills but not very often. | |
