Frost,Mn | Our church has a parsonage we don’t need as our pastor has an acreage in the country. We found we could rent to another church and not ruin our tax free status so we did that for a short period but their youth pastor moved on. We then rented to a congregation member but accepted a “ sizable church donation” instead of a rent check. Looking forward Im guessing the parsonage will be sold and we will offer a new pastor a housing allowance with set wages like we are doing now. | |
