NW IL | The "short term rentals" that we are doing are all business people. The standard traveling medical contract is 13 weeks with the option to extend. Sometimes there are traveling electricians working on a wind farm that need a place for 30 days. We have mostly had traveling nurses, CNAs, Physicians, and a couple med students. Single people mostly, but an occasional couple. I would never rent for less than 30 days.
They are priced at a premium for a reason.
