The best way is to purchase some bottom land and move all of the wetlands to that area.
Long term we have a good option. My father put 120 acres into WRP. We had to pump water off this land every Spring. Then it often flooded out because of the large drainage area pointed at it.
So in 17 or so years, I should have a lot of acres available.
I have been discussing this with my son as a future option.
Different question. Can a 30 year WRP easement be bought out early?
