NW ILLINOIS | The auger is not held in place. You have something
caught in the auger tube. Check in the hopper where
the opening is. Clean hopper out and inspect.
I believe there was a change in the way the auger
was driven somewhere along the way. I'll check with
my son this morning and let you know. Ours has a coupling
set screwed to the motor, and the flat on the auger just
slides into the slot in the coupling. All pressure is pushing
towards the motor when auguring.
We have ran the Magnum's for over 25 years.
