| One of the problems with food studies is a "healthy user bias". People who are more concerned about their health aren't typically alcoholics, smokers, etc so other lifestyles can affect the outcomes. Another one can be that there is so much diversity among peoples bodies as well as quality of the same food that it can skew findings. I typically put food studies in the same category of social science studies which are almost impossible to replicate. This isn't to say none are well done or accurate, just that I am very skeptical. As far as what I saw of the video, I'd guess he's on the right track. | |
