That was done on one very large food study that was supposed to prove vegetable oils were better for heart disease than saturated fat. Problem was it showed the opposite. It wasn't till 40 years later the data was dug up out of a basement from reel to reel computer tapes, transferred into modern computing, analyzed and finally published that the results were shown to the public. At the time the lead researcher was still alive (now passed) and ask why it was never published. His answer was " because the results were so disappointing".
