Glasgow, Ky

I can easily believe that.  Weather is always the wildcard for the coming year and we have no idea what it wiil be so selling right now is just an educated or uneducated guess. From what I have seen, following marketing services advice is hit or miss.  Following advice on NAT is hit or miss with a built in bias toward eerything is going to hell in a handbasket.

So, it just comes down to a matter of skill and luck. My simple mind does not do well cluttered with too much info so I just fly by the seat of my britches.  I lose money some years and make money other years doing it.  Over the years it has probably been a wash.  Marketing is part skill and part luck as it is with other facets of farming.  The KISS method works best for me.  To each, their own
