I rent out a good bit on cash rent and all my contracts say I pay for 50 percent of lime costs , it’s cash rent so I pay zero on fertilizer, I do the lime deal that way because I like knowing what’s going on with the line and I feel it helps keep it where it needs to be , just my two cents
who pays for lime?
