If there is any way you can get ahold of another Reven console to swap out and try, this could pinpoint whether it is the console or cabling. Check with neighbors or the local Co-Op to see if you can borrow one, hook it up and see if it fixes the issue or if the issue remains, this will pinpoint if it is the console or not.
