It's lean prime rib the people buying that don't know any better. They will tell you how good it taste to them while you can barley choke it down because you are so used to better meat.

AMEN brother. I have some friends that basically the only beef they eat are the rangy old cows that aren't worth the gas to haul to the sale barn, or a bull that gets a broken leg. Can't stand to eat the stuff. Maybe we're spoiled, but the grain finished Prime or Choice from the market, or the steers that are finished in the yard next to a full feeder of ground corn and peas are the best tasting IMO as well.
