Dayton, IA | Not exactly sure on that model but I have had several different brands of processors and sometimes they blow a bale right out and sometimes the bale can stick up above the knives and seems like you will never get it fed through. If there is a little moisture on the outside the bale doesn't want to rotate up the wall of the processor and once the bottom is cut off and not touching the knives, it just sits. Especially with chopped stalks once the wrap is off, there isn't enough "connection" around the bale to make it spin but there is enough connection that it holds together and bridges over the knives. There should be an adjustable bar above the knives for depth of cut and if your just doing cornstalks you can set it more agressive to help grab more material and keep the bale moving. Back and forth with the bale roller, not sure if you have a chain or rollers. Sometimes I have had to push down on the top of the bale with the loader bucket to get it to start again.
