NW Iowa | I tore mine after mis-stepping off of a walking trail. Had the MRI to verify the diagnosis. I then took the surgeon advise and had three injections and ended up getting a scope done to clean it up and after 12 months since the initial diagnosis, I had a total knee replacement. If I had it all to do over again, I would elect to have the knee replacement right away. Prior to the injury, I was walking over 10,000 steps a day and now 5 months after the surgery, I am again up to 10,000 steps per day. I am 70 years old and the year of pain was a year of misery. | |
