S-C Manitoba, Canada | For me the biggest 3 things that reduced joint&muscle pain was #1 complete elimination of sweets (if I eat a desert or chocolate bar I can feel my knee start to ache within 30 minutes now that I'm used to zero sugar and how I should feel) #2 drink alot of water, if your pee isnt clear it isnt enough #3 if an ache persists I get a massage, and usually a chiropractor after seeding and harvest for readjustment | |
