Yes, if the cracked part is threaded into the side, saw through the threads and turn it out.

Otherwise, furnace condensate traps aren't rocket science, just fabricate a 2 or 3 inch S trap, it only has to keep the combustion blower from sucking air back and preventing the condensate from draining. Vinyl tubing works fine if you can hold it in place, or bend 1/2" pvc by heating with hot sand in side to keep from collapsing, or glue up fittings. Just use plastic, the acid will eat copper or galvanized.
