I went Carnivore about 2 months ago and before that I was on the blood type diet for about a month. I think it's great. I went from 202 to just under 180 in those 3 months. 6'1" tall, 71 years old. Got about 10# to go to be at the weight I was at for high school graduation. Also no pharma drugs for me!
