BMI is a terrible way to measure - I guess it works for office workers with no muscle. I JUST dropped below OBESE, yet I wear a 32" waist pants size (33 long) LOL. I think it's funny when people talk about good their BMI is. Gym "muscle" is also a misleading standard - better than nothing, but in competitions, they "gym" guys can't keep up.
