I tried drinking carrot juice most days for several years.I felt it gave me better night vision.Im near 63 and only wear glasses to read fine print or books.Sort of feel Im losing a bit of my quality vision...maybe I need back on carrot juice...It doesnt taste bad at all so no harm in a try..
