So as many of us are learning how diet and lifestyle practices can cure or prevent so many chronic diseases, is there anything out there on how to prevent nearsightedness or astigmatism? I am 26 with 18/20 vision and an astigmatism and was curious if there was any hope of some change or at the very least something I can do different when i have kids. I have been doing minimal carb/sugar/seedoils for 2 years and have seen a lot of benefits in other areas.
