I freeze grapes and cherries. Pick and eat raspberries as I make my garden rounds.
Garden season
Zucchini fritters, finely diced zucchini and onion, mix in an egg and corn meal. Spoon in fry pan with a little butter. Sometimes I add bell pepper and/or bacon bits, served with sliced fresh tomatoes. Fresh cucumbers and onion in vinegar. Tomato, onion and cucumber salad
Winter
Potato, corn and salmon chowder, chili and spaghetti.
Right now
Gravenstien apple, grape and walnut salad, 2 Tbs greek yogurt, tsp honey and lemon juice with a sprinkle of cinnamon....James
