Fried salmon pAtties served with cream gravy, boiled spinach, cornbread and a side of okra with stewed tomatoes or fresh, sliced garden tomatoes.
Summer
More garden tomatoes, fried squash, fried okra, fresh peaches and watermelon. Cut the watermelon into cubes or squares and store it refrigerated in freezer bags. Serve it thoroughly chilled.
