I’d like to see pics of your brick oven. We have a wood fired pizza oven as part of our masonry heater fireplace. My favorite food in winter is wood fired pizza. They cook in less than two minutes at 700 degrees. I’ve spent several years perfecting my dough.
Only downside is it has to be really cold outside or the masonry heater warms the house too much.
I haven’t had great luck baking bread in it tho bb because it doesn’t hold in moisture for a nice crispy bread crust.
