Indian govt. allows her to operate ONLY so long as patients are declared terminal by other doctors. She has successfully treated people from all over the world. Her claim is that she has a source of stem cells unrelated to those used by other doctors. Her claim is that “ most” doctors use MOUSE cells, & that they cannot work in humans.
