West of Broken Bow
Here’s a video link to a chili recipe. In the video the man uses WOW seasoning and bell pepper. The WOW seasoning has MSG in it as an ingredient, which I’m sensitive to. It’s easy enough to assemble the ingredients without any MSG. I don’t care for bell pepper so will possibly substitute fresh chopped jalapeños from the garden.

3.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 an onion
1 bell pepper ( I’ll substitute a couple chopped jalapeños)
3 garlic cloves
3 Roma tomatoes
1/4 cup tomato paste
4 TBSP chili powder
2 TSPS smoked paprika
1/2 TSP Oregano
2 TSP Cumin
1 TSP cayenne pepper
2 TSP OG seasoning
1 TBSP APC WOW. ( this has MSG in it so if you’re sensitive to it you may want to look up the individual ingredients and assemble them without MSG.
2 TBSP Better than Bouillon
Mirepoix (2 parts onion/1 part carrot/ 1 part celery
