There seems to be a lot left to learn about it. About the only thing most agree on is that a person with real low levels tends to be less healthy and have more problems than a person with higher levels, all else being equal. Like you said, there have been questions if supplementation by pills is even beneficial. But we, like you, take it anyway. I think our pills cost about a Nickle a day.
