Subject: RE: Vitamin D in summer

Southeast Colorado
Reader's Digest had a story a couple of years back where they (the research Doctors) were debating whether there was really any benefit at all from taking "D". They surmised that perhaps just the natural D accumulated by folks closer to the equator or where the sun shone more often were actually getting the "real D" and that supplementing just wasn't the same.

The stuff is pretty cheap so the wife and I just take a dose every day. Started back during Covid and have just hung with it.
