Yes, I believe your body produces Vita D in the summer sun to protect you from the Sun. My opinion only by what I’ve read on the subject.
Strange how African country’s who take a weekly dose of anti parasite medicine and get plenty of vitamin d year around didn’t need a vaccine for covid because hardly anyone died from it.
