Not knowing what led up to this, I'd hold down the power button for 5 seconds to force a kill. Then, power up -- maybe in Safe mode, if you're concerned. Run Defender. Make sure to install all updates.
That's my advice, over the Internet. If your computer guy has better info, follow his recommendations. Hope you have everything backed up. | |
