Western-Central Lower Michigan | Run malwarebytes ASAP, see what it finds. Also look on you tube using their search. I bet its not a big deal. The scare is to get you to call them for help. By the way that phone nr is a scam.
It does scare the bejeebees out of you, and thinking of the potential issues you could have.
My best guess is nothing bad has happened, but DO NOT CALL THAT PHONE NR or let them look/work on your computer. That is not Microsoft just a scam.
