NC Iowa | This screen popped up. Is this something I can remove, or do I need to take it in? This in on my desktop, and is the only device that I use for banking. I sure don't want any information compromised.

hey a code via text or email. Email is on this computer also.
Computer shop said they see itvalot and takes about four hours to run their cleanup program.
I do have malware bytes but dont know if it is effective on this.
