West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12

We do it all the time. Sometimes with electrolytes but usually without. There are a lot of sugar free "hydration packets" to mix with water now days. Life is too short to drink plain water all of the time.....I drink an occasional Coke Zero on occasion as well.
