| I’ve got a Degelman picker and windrower. Back in the white bean days when everything had to be pulled and windrowed really didn’t have a choice, you’d be weeks picking them all by hand. Had a Haybuster for a while too and it was nice for stoney spots but it was less than worthless in any amount of trash. Not that the Degelmen does well in trash either but far better than the Haybuster. Worst part about the Degelman is it’s a three man job, one to run the windrower, one to pick and one to haul em away. Two at the minimum or it takes forever.
Those Stonebears looks like the cats azz but yes they are priced out of the average farmers budget for sure. Would love to have one. Only guys I know with them either rent them out or do custom work. | |
