Central MN | I wished those styles were way cheaper. I’ve been looking at some haybuster pickers but that’s still a bunch of money. Used to be a local guy with the old Harley rock pickers and could get him to come and work on a field while I was in other fields. Worked great and charged a great price. He retired and now I’m at picking big ones with skidloader and pounding down the rest like you. Few guys started up and closed shop around here because they wanted $150-$500 per acre to pick. Seems to me everyone rolls them down around here. But like the old timer told me. Can only push down so many before you have to pick them. | |
