Shelburne Ontario Canada | Well i know wat ur sayin. Crazy hi dollar. Bot ours back in like 2017 for under 90k. They like 150 range now. 1 guy can set his mind to it an pick 100 ac in afternoon . We have a tractor hooked on all spring. Turbine trails are generally horrible for side rocks/pit run. After finisher rolls thru before seeder gets there the air flo driver is cot up enuf he can run grab picker. If u use ur head and skill u can pick areas , leave it nice an smooth and plant rite into the picker finish. Crazy how much extra beans u can get thru those old barn areas wen u plant into a picked area and font need go around. We had a hay buster. Worked awesome but 1 mile per hr stuff. If you value man power over 2500ac it just was always the hold up. Got offered 16,500 cash for our 8 yr old very used hay buster( new slept out a day in its life) but it was thin. That helped. Now we are on verge of havin the Ehlo wore thin. We generally pick couple hundred- in spring alot random patches then each summer after wheat. Crazy how a medyoker feild turns alot nicer wen stone ridges leave. We always figure we one rock away from a combine disaster. U always miss some so get wat u can! Is where we at. | |
