IF you charge for your time, it's too high and they are upset.
IF you charge by the acre, it's too little and you are upset that your equipment is not being used to its potential and you are wasting time.
The answer is somewhere in the middle this time. Be straight with them about small acres costing double, or a minimum charge next time. The ones that get it, stay customers. The ones that don't get it, you won't miss them.
