20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | I’d think you’ll have to charge a “fair price” that looses money the first time since it wasn’t discussed prior and then just explain the deal from here on. Count on losing it and then having to go through a few people that all eventually say the same thing before they realize what’s up.
I’m sorta involved in a deal now that didn’t go the other fellas way and they wanna up the charge we discussed prior now. That doesn’t set well with me.
Another idea may be the see about seeding it to better alfalfa and doing it on the shares, but explain to the owner that it is a multi year commitment with alfalfa starting with scratch. |
