Central PA
we usually seed beans with a drill at high pop, like 300,000+. our latest drill (kuhn premia is euro 4.9" spacing. our thoughts are tight canopy for weed control but do tine weed and rotary hoe so loose some rows. weed control is still a challenge with weather extremes making for wet fields when we need to clean out weeds. keep trying. this year planning on planting beans with planter as it is bone dry, need to place deeper. not in yet. plan to seed 30" rows then interseed again between for 15" spacing using terrastar c pro. for accuacy and steering.
