I imagine the $10k building probably has 3k in material, built in a week, and must end up around 5k in material+labor. The extra 5k is storage, delivery, sales or other business costs.
The finished ones do look real sharp, I wonder how durable they actually are compared to a camper, which has a low bar for durability.
What is the markup on those tiny buildings?
