There is a company here called premier buildings and they have taken off. They own most of the town now and have bought lots, torn down old buildings refurbished etc. They are also building utility trailers too. I dont really understand how they are doing it all, folks working for them instantly buy homes, super duties, toys etc. I keep thinking it will come unraveled but it hasnt yet. I think they are making a lot on financing and repossessing.
