To clarify I was referencing the paca protections mentioned by mainefarmer for produce sellers and what steps produce sellers take specifically to secure these protections. I don't plan on becoming the IRS but creditor priority can be important in a bankruptcy and I would rather be near the top of the list than an unsecured creditor.
Is there any recourse when a business goes bankrupt?
