Yes a drill will slobber it out there, yes the seed was free, but the consistency of singulation and depth is what's needed. Use whatever planter you can beg borrow or steal, plant it roughly the depth of your middle knuckle on your index finger, and pretend you're in an I state. As for fertilizer, population, I've never farmed in Montana so my thoughts on that are not going to help. | |
