Interesting. I'd say dt is pretty much spot on for a good chunk of the corn belt though. Class A ground would bring 12-13k in 2013-2014 and by 2018-2019 it was back under 10 but maybe not by much. Can't say rents really retreated much but most you talked to said they were renegotiating a farm or two. Some got it done, some didn't.
