2016-20 was extraordinary? Maybe with above-APH yields, or sweetheart rental deals.

Other wise, no. Average to below. And land values reflected it. We treaded water or was down 10-15% until 21.

I can see healthy profits from government handouts late 20, then 21 and 22 being very good.

23 is on track to be very solid, especially with aggressive corn sales this winter.

Weather is a huge wildcard right now.
