A lot of discussion lately which is good. Are the outside land investors still in the market with rental rates of 2-3%? Seems like more farmers buying here lately. I sometimes wonder if i should sell a portion of land holdings off at current values if I can get a decent rent back term. Would be interesting to see what's available today.
