We had a bit of an issue when he wasn't sure if he wanted the job and work 12 hour days. (5 days week and holidays off) My response was that's fine but it's really going to be hard for me to help you if you don't want to help yourself.
If your son it itching about working a 12 hour day, you should have done a better job raising him.
