We have sub-accounts for each crop for each year, which can be applied under any of our main accounts, or not, as needed. This lets us track seed-chem-fert by crop by year.
Also have accounts receivable set up to track landlord settlement amounts.

Has add-on modules for livestock, feed, breeding, payroll, etc.
We print all our checks with it. It uses standard computer checks that we order from a company such as "Deluxe".
We have used this since 1983. Norm Brown, the owner, still answers the phone.
Our bank loves our financial statements.
Our version is actually on our accountant's server, so he has access at any time to our current numbers without having to send him a current version manually. It also maintains an off-site backup. And we have access to his server from any computer...in our office, in our shop, or in Florida in the winter. | |
