Lots of people bot false certificates(online ) . Got there kids into school hockey an all sorts of activatys. Nothing inforcing it at all. Wen certificates were needed to eat out i no alot of young people had them. That let them hang out with friends. We all joked that some how the government got those counted for there claim of hi % of vexed people.
